My own summary of Insomnia:
Caused by my overthinking brain, or my body filled with anxiety or depression, Insomnia is some form of sleeplessness or lack of good sleep. No matter how much much I try and even when I'm once able to fall asleep, I'm still exhausted and tired when I wake up in the morning.

One night or a few days in a row may not be that bad for your menatal and phyisical health but after months or years without relaxing sleep, it could definitely cause more stress, anxiety, depression or other health problems.
I think we all know that the symtoms won't just go away after one therapy session or some other short-term solutions. We all have to go through the healing-journey in our own unique pace and take it step by step. The goal is to just ask yourself what you need, in this exact moment, to make it through your day or night.

I created a collection of healing methodes in form of diffrent magical fairies, consisting of some things that I personally use, tips and tricks I was once told by my therapist, some ideas from familie & friends and also a thew things I found online.
